The result
Twelve months in: organic traffic up 5x (91 → 498/mo), 26 keywords in the top three (from 4), 362 total ranking keywords (from 110), and 32+ programmatic location pages live across four renovation categories. The new home page is in final QA before site-wide rollout — once that lands, the SEO foundation will compound faster.
