Are your prices inclusive of GST?

No — all prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added on top at the time of invoicing. Your quote will always clearly show the GST-exclusive amount and the GST component separately.

Do you offer payment plans for larger projects?

Yes. All project work is split across milestones — typically a deposit at the start, a payment at a defined midpoint, and the final balance on completion. The exact structure is agreed upfront in your quote, so there are no billing surprises.

Can I get a custom quote for something not listed?

Absolutely. The pricing ranges here are guides — every project gets a written, fixed-price quote based on your specific requirements. Just get in touch and we’ll have a conversation about what you need before anything is committed to.

Can I combine services for a better rate?

Yes — clients who bundle a website build with ongoing SEO, or add a maintenance plan after launch, typically get a bundled rate. It’s something we can discuss when scoping your project.

What happens after my post-launch support period ends?

You can transition to a maintenance plan, continue on an ad-hoc basis (charged at an hourly rate), or simply go independent — your site is fully yours with no lock-in. I’ll make sure you’re set up to manage it yourself if that’s what you prefer.
