Upon receipt of final payment, all custom design and code created for your project is transferred to you. DevPanda retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our free SEO audit offer is provided as a goodwill service with no obligation to proceed. We aim to deliver the audit within 2–3 business days of receiving your details. The audit is an honest assessment — we will not recommend services you do not need.

DevPanda provides its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as particular search rankings or revenue figures), as results depend on many factors outside our control.
